STARSKY — Shipping Policy
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be processed the following Monday.
UK Delivery
- Standard Delivery (3–5 business days): £4.95
- Free Standard Delivery on orders over £150
International Delivery We currently ship to selected countries across Europe and worldwide. International delivery times are typically 5–14 business days depending on destination. Duties and taxes may be applicable upon arrival and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@choosestarsky.com and we will investigate with the courier.
